Colonial Real Estate promoted the Office Tower Project for Catalana Occidente at Méndez Álvaro 31, Madrid. It consists of a building with 4 floors below ground level and 19 floors above ground level for office use.
CORE was contracted to reinforce the management of revisions and the final delivery to the client, as part of the project closure developed by the design team Estudio Lamela and built by Sacyr.
CORE has incorporated some aspects of its C2R Construction Project Management System, allowing for a smooth handover of works between Colonial and Catalana Occidente for the Project.
The Lean methodology developed by CORE in its C2R System contributes to having a faithful image of the construction work, detecting incidents that may have arisen during the work in very early stages, and with significant average reductions in cost and time of 12% and 18%.
