Refurbishment of an office building with 5,000 m² of leasable area, terraces, roofs and two parking floors, with an investment of €5M to be carried out within 10 months. CORE accompanies in the consultancy of collaborative contracts, in which the construction companies contribute their value engineering to make the project more buildable and focus the design towards the construction. With the Target Value Design technique, we manage to aim the design at an objective budget, maintaining the value for the client, who is very involved in decision-making from the beginning. In addition, CORE applies Lean planning in this project, with which we manage to reduce uncertainty and make the efforts of all those involved more effective.
