A mix-use development including 2.400 residential units, golf course, hotel and a Town Center with various facilities. Residential units were to be delivered in 24months. To do so, Polaris established its own construction department and directly managed all resources and logistics for the successful completion of the Project.
CORE staff worked together with Polaris and all Financial Institutions in containing the Project cost providing the needed resources for the Project. Budget was achieved and the 24 month challenge were achieved.
