Construction of an industrial-logistics area of more than 12,000 m2 on a 20,000 m2 plot. It has main offices, production area, warehouses and loading and unloading docks.
The execution of this complex with a prefabricated concrete structure, metal roof and both concrete and sheet metal facades and a “Trespa” finish in the office area is proposed.

An initial Takt Planning based on space-time has been achieved collaboratively, which is being managed with the Last Planner® System, so that we can increase the coordination of all those involved and increase the opportunities to deliver in a timely manner.
With Lean collaborative planning we increase the coordination between the different participants in the project and ensure smooth production, which can absorb the difficulties that the construction teams encounter in their day to day without affecting the project delivery time.
