Finanzauto has developed the project for its New Corporate Headquarters in Arganda del Rey, Madrid. The Project, designed by the team led by IDOM has a built area of about 2,648 m2 and consists of the comprehensive reform of the existing building for tertiary use and has been carried out by Byco and Construccía.
For this, Byco and Construccia have decided to incorporate CORE, developing the BEP updating tasks in the construction phase and generating the As-Built model during the construction phase.
CORE has incorporated some of the aspects of its C2R Construction Project Management System allowing for the Project:
i. Developing an as-built model during construction with weekly updates incorporating changes, data and related construction documentation
ii. The development of an as-built model as the basis for the 2D as-built drawings.
These improvements over the usual project management systems have contributed to having a faithful image of what is being executed on site at all times and shorten the time it takes to generate as-built documentation.
