The UTE Mace-Dragados, in collaboration with Geocisa UK – The Consortium – have been awarded the construction management of the remodeling of the Euston Station for the new High Speed network of the United Kingdom developed by HS2 Ltd.
The Project aims to transform Euston Station, London’s first intercity station, into a modern transport hub to provide high-speed rail services from London, UK, to the Midlands, the North and Scotland The total area of the project exceeds 25,000m2c with a planned budget of 1,800 Billion Pounds. For this Project, the Consortium has decided to incorporate CORE in the Information Management and BIM Modeling team of the Station.
CORE participates in the Project providing services of:
i. Audit of BIM models inherited from previous contractors, to be used as starting points in the development of new works.
ii. Centralization of graphic transmittals for design development.
iii. Review of the Survey BIM Execution Plan that serves as the basis for the development of the Survey models of the Project.
All the methodologies to be applied in the Project are developed in Bentley environments and will serve to significantly reduce risks when undertaking this unique Project.
