The building comprises 24 housing units, penthouses, and terraces, and combines two types of facades: monocapa and cladding, with a surface area of 1,400 m2.
Palma Marín incorporated CORE personnel into the construction team to assist in timely delivery during the final phase of the project. Planning was based on Takt Planning principles, and the work of all suppliers was organized accordingly. This approach was reinforced with proactive management using the Last Planner® System to achieve smooth production, which facilitated increased output from different teams.
