A five star Hotel with 390 rooms and 34 villages located in Mayakoba, Riviera Maya, a luxury complex including other 5*GL hotels and PGA golf course. Over 70 companies working under OHL’s leadership were able to deliver this Project for Fairmont to market and manage. Highest challenge included overcoming Lefel5 Hurricane Wilma’s impact, that took percentage of completion from 84% to 62%.
CORE staff worked together with OHL and all Financial Insitutions in containing the Project cost providing the needed resources for the Project. Budget was achieved.
